The Kaiser´s Cross is part of a larger project dealing with the Imperial Iron Cross.

The major part of the project is a book that will be published by R.J. Bender with the Iron Cross 1813-1918 as it´s theme. It will include the crosses, the award documents and a large variety of ephemera related to the Iron Cross.

The webpage is an extension of the book and will include the overflow, late arrivals and items that have more accompanying research than would fit in the book (mainly documents).

The third part of the project is a Forum. As there is no point in changing a winning combination we have teamed up with GMIC to give you the opportunity to discuss the project and the Iron Cross in general.

On the tool bar there are various other categories that are for the most part related to the Iron Cross, in some cases not. We hope they will be of interest to visitors as there are some great subjects there.

Our goal is to show the history buffs that collectors are not "shallow" and to show the collectors that research can be "exciting".
